As the VP of Finance, Mike assists in all financial functions related to acquisitions and integration of our partner agencies, including auditing, accounting, budgeting, insurance, and taxation, etc.

Mike has prior experience as a senior associate in auditing, where he helped plan and execute audits across multiple industries, mainly healthcare and insurance but also including non-profits and governmental entities. He has also managed and coached a team of associates and helped implement new accounting standards and best practices.
